STEINBERG, Manya (nee Fligelman) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Manya Steinberg, on Saturday, February 28, 2009. Cherished wife of the late Hersh Steinberg. Mother of Sam (the late Cecille) and Jakob (Robin). Dear sister of Itzchak (Penina). Adored "Bubbie" of Noah (Stephanie), Joshua (Mixo), Hersh and the late Michael. Dear sister-in-law of Rushia (Lipman), Halina (Michael) and Sol (Ruth). She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and devoted friends from the Chelemer Society and the Montreal Workers' Circle Association, in particular Anya, Chana, Tseshia, and Clara. We are especially grateful to Hermie Boloron who took care of our mother the last two years with the grace and respect reserved for dear family members. Funeral service took place from Paperman & Sons on Monday, March 2. Shiva at 7925 Kingsley, #903, C.S.L., through Tuesday evening.
