BRODA, Malka (Mania) Peacefully, one week after her ninety-sixth birthday, on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Leib. Loving mother of Jack (Arlene) and the late Lily Pitaru. Cherished Bubby of Tamara, and Daniel (Ashley); Gadi (Sandy) and Judy (Brian). Proud great-grandmother of two. Predeceased by her parents and siblings who perished in the Holocaust. Malka will be sadly missed by Carolyn Broda, her family, and all who knew her. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Jewish General Hospital for their care and compassion, as well as the staff of King David Residence. Graveside service on Thursday, March 29 at 11:00 a.m., at the Montreal Workers' Circle Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her son Jack's home.
