GREENBERG, Ray (Bubby Ray) (nee Lubitsch). Peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at the age of ninety-eight. Beloved wife of the late Hyman. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Claire and Ralph Noodelman and Sydney and Sheila. Bubby Ray was a grandmother to twelve cherished grandchildren: Rhona and Morris, Mel and fiancee Mikki, Eileen and Michael, Marleen and Dave, Gail and Keith, Jonathan and Karen. Great-grandmother of Michael, Shari, Kayla, Robin, Adam, David, Mira, Ava and Gavin. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Mary and the late Harry Yudin, the late Sophie and the late Bernard Yaffe, the late Sol and the late Lillian, and Sarah Lubitsch. Bubby Ray will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and many dear friends. Our heartfelt thanks to the staff of 5 North, Maimonides Hospital and especially to her caregiver Veronica who Bubby Ray called her honourary daughter. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Sunday, October 2 at 10:45 a.m. Burial at the Chevra Thilim Pinsker Kinyan Torah Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
