STAVISS, Gertrude (nee Toulch) Peacefully in her ninety-fifth year on Friday, May 5, 2017. Wife of the late Reuben Staviss. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Harold Staviss and Aviva Reinitz. Cherished "Grandma Goity" of Reuby and Marney. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Betty and the late Alec Lewis, the late Freda and the late Nick Ostin, the late Bertha Cohen, the late Harold Toulch, and sister-in-law of Marion and the late Morton Staviss, Sylvia and the late Mendy Staviss, the late Sarah and the late Lester Goldenblatt, the late Lou and the late Shirley Staviss. Gertie will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Janice Toulch and Roxanne Nunag Yumul for their exceptional care, love and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, May 7 at 12:00 noon. Burial at Zichron Kedoshim Congregation Cemetery, Anshei Ukraina Section, de la Savane.
