BLUTSTEIN, Louis. Surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2000, in his seventy-seventh year. Beloved husband and life partner of Toni for fifty-five years. Loving and most devoted father and father-in-law of Sabina and Harvey Sternthal, Judi and Ronnie Kornbluth. Cherished Zaidie of Marni and Paul, Francie and Doug, Lori, Jeremy, Jill and Michelle. Proud great-grandfather of Ryan. Special brother-in-law of Paula and Issie Latkowcer, Bella and Jack Widman, and the late Frances Widman. A Holocaust survivor, he was predeceased by his parents and siblings who perished in the War. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, and by all who were privileged to have known him. Our sincerest thanks to Dr. Richard Gallo and the staff of the Montreal Heart Institute, with special mention to Dr. Guy Pelletier for his warmth and compassionate care. Funeral service at Congregation Zichron Kedoshim, 5215 Westbury Ave. (corner Fulton Ave.) on Thursday, Feb. 10 at 1:30 pm Burial at the Zichron Kedoshim Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
