WALSH, Irving (Issie Woloshin) Peacefully, in his eighty-seventh year, on Friday, October 15, 2010, with his children by his side. Loving and devoted father of Allan (Stephanie), Michael (Karla) and Darren. Cherished Grandfather of Ethan, Ani and Mikaela. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Molly and the late Harry Lipsky. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, Gloria Granofsky, Naomi Cracower and Linda Lipsky-Elkin, and their families, his many friends, and by all who knew him. Special thanks to Drs. Francois Patenaude, David Melnychuk and David Bercovitch for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, October 19 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Tolner Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 5 Stratford Rd., Hampstead, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Irving's memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251.
