TARTER, Rachel (Rubin). Passed away peacefully in Toronto on Saturday, August 31 at the age of ninety-two. Loving wife of the late Frank Tarter. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Jackie Yarosky and the late Michael Yarosky and Edward and Janice Tarter. Cherished grandmother of Ronit and Miki, Tamar and Oded, Jodi, Ronnie and Jason. Great-grandmother of Golan and Mika. Sister of the late Josh Rubin. A graveside service will take place on Monday, September 2 at 10 a.m. at the Dominion Hebrew Sick Cemetery, de la Savane. Montreal shiva will be held until Tuesday evening at, 4605 Hampton Avenue. Toronto shiva will be held on Wednesday at 151 Duncan Road, Richmond Hill.
