LAXER, Bess (nee Kugelmass). Peacefully, in her ninety-ninth year, with her family by her side, on Thursday, March 16, 2006. Beloved wife of the late Max J. Most loved and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Anita and Morty Singerman, Sonny and Millie, Harold and Harriet, Mark and Monique, Sandy and David Stein. Cherished, adored and outstanding Grandma of Barry and Judy Singerman, Steven Singerman, Leslie Singerman, Jonathan and Darlene Singerman; Ronald and Edda Laxer, Rhona and Ray Fink, Debbie and Sheldon Davis, Elliot and Debbie Laxer; Mitchell and Gloria Laxer, Laurie and Bert Dana, Jody and Howard Wallace; Mona Laxer, Eric (Uri) and Judy Laxer, Dan and Michelle Laxer, Joel Laxer and Caroline, Elisa Laxer and Corey; Cheryl Stein and fiance Jeremy Stern, Marnie and Manny Fayer, and Robbie Stein. Treasured and proud great grandmother of forty blessings. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Mildred and the late Max Rubin, David and the late Thelma Elkin, Trudy and the late Sam Kugelmass, Mary and the late Harvey Kugelmass, predeceased by her other siblings, Ruth Weiser, Sarah and Louis Cons, Pearl Kugelmass, Ettye and Harry Fleming, Benny and Ida Kugelmass, Jack Kugelmass, Dougie and Fanny Kugelmass. Sister-in-law and best friend of the late Toba and the late Abe Laxer, the late Dora and the late Sam Mosel, the late Barnett and the late Jessie Laxer, the late Esther Laxer. Bess will be very sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and their families. She will be lovingly remembered by Esther Pardilla, Sylvia and Faye Tameta.
