SEIDMAN, Leon. Peacefully after a heroic battle, in Kingston, Ontario, on Wednesday, January 7, 2009, the age of seventy-nine. Beloved husband & soulmate of Selma Miller. Forever loved by his children, Ernest and Marcy, Bonnie and Barry Kaplan, Sean and Synnove. Cherished "Papa Yoyo" of Jonathan, Jessica, Gillian, Jacob, Arielle, Owen, Lily and Violet. Dear brother of Frances Macknofsky. Predeceased by brother Joe and sister Evelyn Feldman. Leon will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Leon loved life passionately, and his family was always his greatest pride and joy. Funeral service took place from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, January 9 at 10 a.m. Shiva at 5573 Randall Ave., C.S.L. from 1 to 4:30 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
