BARAN, Julius. Peacefully, after a long and courageous battle, on Saturday July 8, 2006. Beloved husband for forty-five years of Margaret. Devoted father and father-in-law of Marlene, Joyce and Sheldon Polansky, Wendy and Michael Goldwax. Adored Poppy of James, Dustin, Brandon, Megan and Julia. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Francis Baran Z"L, Helene and Milan Abramovitch Z"L. Cherished son of Auguste Z"L and Wilhelm Baran Z"L. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Many thanks to the 4th floor staff of Mount Sinai Hospital, and his caregivers, Aaron and Lana Sigal. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Monday July 10th at 12:15 p.m. Burial at Congregation Shomrim Laboker Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
