BAUM, Ethel (nee Halpern). Peacefully, after a lengthy battle with heart disease, on Tuesday, June 5, 2007. Beloved wife of Saul. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Jacqueline and Dr. Stanley Eigen of Boston, Massachusetts. Cherished grandmother of Ariane Baum and Joshua Baum. Dear sister of Dr. Esther Halpern-Amit of Israel and aunt of Leora Amit of Israel. She will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Thursday, June 7 at 3:30 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker COngregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private through Sunday evening, June 10.
