GREENBERG, Irma (nee Brownstein) Peacefully, on Sunday, September 13, 2015, in her ninety-third year. Beloved wife of the late Shama (Simon Samson) Greenberg. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Hirsch and Joan, Steve and Jeffrey. Adored Bubbie of Matthew, Jaclyn and Daniel, and Elyse. Devoted sister and sister-in-law of Rita and Leo Geiger. Irma will be remembered by a score of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. Predeceased by so many whose lives touched us all, she was the last of her generation. Irma will be missed by all her relatives and friends. Special thanks to her companions, Amanda and Sarah, and the staff of Maimonides Geriatric Centre that made a home for her with exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Friday, September 18 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
