DAVIS, Jimmy (Saul). Suddenly, surrounded by his loving family on Monday May 29, 2006. Beloved husband and best friend of Esther Yaffe for sixty years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Dr. Sandy and Laurie of Florida, Shelley and Mark Richer. Cherished Zaidie Jimmy of Dr. Stewart and Jaime, Howard; Jordan and Lauren. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Freda and Nathan Miller, the late Libby Lesnik and brother-in-law of Libby and Norman Stoll, Marilyn and the late Michel Reisler. Sadly mourned by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of the 12th floor and the I.C.U., Montreal General Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons 3888 Jean Talon W. on Wednesday May 31 at 1:15 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, De La Savane. Shiva at his home. Due to the festival of Shavuot shiva ends Thursday afternoon June 1. The family will be receiving visitors through Sunday evening June 4.
