COLA, David. On Sunday, December 28, 2003 with faith and dignity. Beloved husband of Franka for fifty-seven years. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Helen and Stanley Cons, Jack and Brenda Cola, Philip and Randi Cola. Beloved Zaidy of Ronnie and Debbie, Renee and Jay, Michael and Leslie, Kimberly, Mandy, Jeremy, Warren, Michelle and Adam. Loving great grandfather of Gabriella, Joelle, Joshua, Samantha, Alexandra, Joseph, Olivia, and Simon. Loving brother and brother-in-law of the late Joseph and the late Fella, the late Joel and the late Bronia, predeceased by his other siblings who perished in the Holocaust. He was a Holocaust survivor and will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, many friends and all of those whose lives he touched. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Jewish General Hospital along with his caregivers Jackie and Leara, for their care and compassion. A special thanks to our devoted Rabbis who have been a source of strength to us. Funeral service took place from Paperman & Sons on Sunday, December 28 at 3 p.m. Burial at the Congregation Shomrim Laboker Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 202 Finchley Ave., Hampstead.
