DINGOTT, Lilian (nee Leckner) In her one-hundred-and-first year, on Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Devoted and loving wife of the late Moses. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Ethel and the late Maurice Phillips, Marian and the late Leonard Bercovitz, Helen and Stan Goodman. Loving Nannie of Sam, and Eileen Phillips, Sharon Bercovitz, Joan and Ronald Greco, Jonathan and Beth Bercovitz, Sean and Heidi Goodman, Andy and Stacey Goodman, Jodi and Stephen Fine. Proud great-grandmother of eight great-grandchildren. Sister-in-law of Louis Yudin, and predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Bess and Frank Margolick, Hattie Yudin, Maurice and Lottie Leckner, Ruth Landau, Ed and Eve Leckner. Predeceased by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Shaya Greenberg, Leizer Dingott, Gusta Schwartz, Malvina and William Rinzler, Eva and David Donnenfeld. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and extended family. Special thanks to Val and Estrella for their exceptional care. Appreciation to the staff of 3A of Jewish Eldercare. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, January 31 at 12 noon. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced. |
