Peacefully on Tuesday January 1, 2002. Beloved husband of Esther, cherished and adored father of Stewart Lee of Ottawa, and Brandee Elyce. Devoted brother and brother-in-law of Hennie Bernett, Seena and Larry Urovitch. Treasured uncle and great uncle of many nieces and nephews. Mendy will be sadly missed by his many friends. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of the S.I.C.U. at the Montreal General Hospital.
