SILVER, Joe. On Monday, May 27, 2002. Beloved husband of the late Sylvia Bloom. Loving father and father-in-law of Penney and Herb Glazer, Kenneth and the late Kathleen, and Valerie and Rick Borchert. Much loved grandpa Joe of Stacey, Howard, Candice, Jason and Tara. Dear brother-in-law of Marilyn Goldfarb, Edith and Moe, and Bunny Bulua. Predeceased by his siblings Jennie Thaw, Ida Sofer, Florence Mars, Annie Zilbert, Hymie, and Sam. A very special man will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends. A heartfelt thank you to the staff of 7 North-West and 4 West at the Jewish General Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Tuesday, May 28 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Cemetery, De La Savane. Shiva at his daughter's residence.
