HOLTZMAN, Sidney. Peacefully on Saturday, October 11, 2003 in his ninety-seventh year. Beloved husband for sixty-seven years of Miriam (Huberman). Father and father-in-law of Arnold and Esther of Israel, Gila and David of Toronto, and the late Naomi. Grandfather of Helena, Amira, and Jeff. Great-grandfather of Abigail and Nitai. Brother and brother-in-law of Leon and Ruthie Huberman, Saul and Leah Huberman, the late Chaval Jacobson, the late Sarah (Chaya Sorel) and the late Morris Chazen, the late Esther Kibrick-Shochat and the late Lou Schochat. He will be remembered by his Stolin Lansleit. Sidney is survived by very many nieces, nephews, family and friends in Israel, Montreal, Toronto, and the United States. The family would like to thank Arnold Baum for his total devotion and care during his illness, and the staff of the Jewish Eldercare Centre. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Tuesday, October 14 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Farband Labour Zionist Section, Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane.
