Obituary EPSTEIN, Jakob Peacefully, in his 100th year, on Monday, September 25, 2017. Devoted husband for sixty-five years of the late Sara. Beloved father and father-in-law of Fagey and Simon Rossdeutscher, Pauline and Jack Klein. Cherished grandfather of Lorne and Livnat Ziskinder, Arieh and Tamar (Feldman) Rossdeutscher, Eric and Estee (Fagen) Rossdeutscher; Dr. Jonathan and Stephanie (Levin) Klein, Aaron and Maria (Cedeno) Klein. Proud great-grandfather of Nitzan, Nadav, Roni, Mia, Caleb, Yoni, Elie, Daniella, Ethan, Sara and Lucas. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Sarah and the late Nathan Salzman; brother-in-law of Esther and the late Ele Szuchman, Renia and the late Tovia Potezman, the late Joseph and the late Raya Cymerman, and all family who perished in the Holocaust. Jakob will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to his caregivers Minda and Azuris, Dr. Alex Gutman, Rabbi Wolff and all the staff of the 4th floor of Maimonides Geriatric Centre. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Tuesday, September 26 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Shevat Achim Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his daughter's home.
