Obituary GUTMAN, Allan It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Allan Gutman on Friday, March 29, 2013. He will be deeply missed by Florence, his devoted wife of sixty-one years. Beloved father and father-in-law of Corinne and Chuck Rowniak, Rhona and Allan Slomovic, Deborah and Michael Groper. Cherished Grandpa of Jacqueline, and Erica Rowniak; Alana, and Jaclyn Slomovic; Brandon, and Dylan Groper. Predeceased by his brother Eliezer, and sisters Rachel and Rosie. Dear uncle of Helen and Nelson Goldsmith. His kindness, generosity and devotion to his family were a true inspiration to us all. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all those whose lives he touched. The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to Cora Velasquez for her exceptional care and compassion, and to Tessie Salvador for her kindness. Special thanks to the wonderful caring staff of the 3rd floor at the Maimonides Geriatric Centre. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, March 31 at 2:30 p.m. Burial at the Shevat Achim Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Due to the festival of Passover, shiva commences the evening of Tuesday, April 2, at 217 Eton Crescent, Hampstead.
