ABRAMOWICZ, Evelyn Joy On Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Beloved daughter of Ela and Moniek Abramowicz. Dear sister of Irvin. Loving niece of Michael and Miriam Piafsky, Karol and Rachel Abramowicz of Toronto, Susan and Yigal of Calgary, the late Rose and the late David Ostrowiecki, the late Myer and the late Fela Silbiger, Helen and the late Zalman Neudorf, and Peter and Rhoda Neudorf. Evelyn will be sadly missed by her cousins and her best friend, Adela. Special thanks to her wonderful caregivers, Hermi, Jeannette and Gloria. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, August 27 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Shevat Achim Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private ending Sunday evening, August 30.
