ROSE, Morris (Rosen). It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Morris on Friday, December 2, 2011. Beloved husband and best friend of Rose Pivnick for fifty-three years. Most devoted father and father-in-law of Ellen and Ami Dayan, Shari and Brian Dressler. Cherished Zaida of Kelly and Simon Dayan, Samuel and Steven Dressler. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Syd and the late Freda Bloomfield and brother-in-law of Lil and the late Leonard Rogovein, the late Mickey and the late Florence Pivnick. Morris will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, and by Lyne and Steve Sosiak and their children, and Josh Roth. Special thanks to the staff of the Sacre Coeur Hospital for their exceptional care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, December 4 at 2:00 pm. Burial at the Bassarabier Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his residence from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
