LEVINE, Shirley (nee Stober) Peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Monday, October 8, 2012, in her ninetieth year. Beloved wife of the late Sam R. Levine for sixty-three years. Cherished and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Gloria Pascal and J.P., Murray and Leslie (Robertson). Incredible and loving Bubbie of Robyn (Dan), Karen (Jason), Toby (Mike), and Heidi (Mike). Adored great-Bubbie to Devin, Jack, Justin, Macy, Cole and Sadie. Predeceased by her brother, Seymour Stober (Marcia). Shirley will be fondly remembered by her nieces, Natalie Vilinsky, Helen Wolfe (Sam), Isa Karen Snow (Steven) and Heidi Korzinstone (Ron). Heartfelt thanks to her caregiver and friend, Chandra Singh, as well as the amazing 5th floor staff at Maimonides Hospital for keeping her smiling. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, October 11 at 12 noon. Burial at the Bassarabier Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter's home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
