MOORE, Ruth (nee Astrofsky). With endless determination on Wednesday, August 11, 2004. Beloved wife of sixty-one years of Al Moore. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Ricki and Jon Carr, the late Howard Moore. Proud and adored "Nana" of Jason, Rodney, and Allison Carr; Jay and Sheri Moore, Audrey and Okan Turkkan. Great grandmother of Harrison, Jordan and Morgan. Sister of the late Jack, the late Meyer, the late Lauretta Delson, the late Sam. She will be dearly missed by all her family members, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. The family would like to thank Dr. D. Shahin, the nurses and staff of the C.C.U. and 2 N.E. Jewish General Hospital for their care and compassion. Special heartfelt thanks to Natty, Teresa, Stella and Shirley for their exceptional care and support. She will always be cherished and treasured for her smile and the kind gentle soul she was.
