SHOSTAK, Arthur. Peacefully, on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, in his ninety-fourth year. Beloved husband of Eva Makarovsky for sixty-five years. Loving father and father-in-law of Arnold and Mireille Shostak, Carol and John Wilson. Proud grandfather of Mindy (Jason Haupt), Randy, Kenny, Tammy, Edward and Robert. Proud great-grandfather of Emily. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Sam, Peter, Ben, Jenny and Lily. Sincere thanks to his caregivers Esther, Julita, Yiren and Laverne. Graveside service at the Bassarabier Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane on Sunday April 23 at 1:00 p.m. Shiva private.
