WHITEMAN, Max (Mac). Peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2000. Beloved husband of Rose Wener. Cherished father and father-in-law of Carole and Larry Lerman, Carolyn and the late William (Billy). Loving and special Zede (Grampy) of Allan and Sharron, Mark and Cheryl, Francine and Barry, Anne and Dan, Michael, David and Valerie. Big Zede of Mitchell, Kevin, Zev, Lori, Douglas, and Leah. Dear brother-in-law of Lil and the late Dr. Joe Wener. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and many friends. We would like to thank his many wonderful homecare attendants, especially Dr. Marcia Gilman, and Ellen Tissenbaum for their special care and support. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Tuesday, Dec. 5 at 12 noon. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Donations in his memory may be made to the Mac Whiteman Memorial Fund, c/o The Jewish General Hospital Foundation, or to the Victorian Order of Nurses. |
