BROWNSTEIN, Frances (nee Helfenbaum)
With deep sorrow, on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Predeceased by her beloved husband Sydney. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Edie and the late Ted Nyveen, and Trudy and Lorne Cappell of Toronto. Loving Bubby of Leigh and Lorne Biltis of Scottsdale, Arizona, Joy and Alon Yarkoni of Elmira, New York, Mark Nyveen; Mitch Burko and fiancee Michelle Nodel, Sarah Cappell, and Michael Cappell, all of Toronto, and proud great-grandmother of Shawn, Teddy, Shai, and Thea. Predeceased by her siblings, Fanny, Mary, Dave, and Anne. Frances will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to her caregivers, Phyllis and Alicia for their love and devotion, and to the 6th floor staff of the Kastner Pavilion for their exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, February 19 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 5601 Edgemore Ave., C.S.L., Sunday through Thursday after 1:00 p.m. daily.
