It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Israel Engel on Sunday, September 17, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Nola. Devoted father and father-in-law of Anne and Robert, Helen and Peter, Sheila and Chris. Cherished Zaidie of Adam and Caitlin, David, Kaiden, and Kenzie. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Yankel Eng, the late Faige and the late Chaskel Zylberlicht. Son of the late Moishe and the late Raizel Eng. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Tuesday, September 19 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane.
