KRAVITZ, Mona (nee Samuels)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce Mona's passing on Thursday, June 2, 2016, one week after being admitted to the Cardiovascular Unit at the Jewish General Hospital. Devoted daughter of the late Peter and the late Shirley Samuels. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Henry Kravitz. Mourning her loss are Henry's daughter Susan (Terry), and her aunt and uncle, Arlene and Simon Kreindler of Westbury, NY, and cousins, Mark and Kathy Kreindler of Atlanta, GA. Mona will be missed by her extended family, close friends and colleagues. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Cardiovascular Unit, to Armelle and Anderson, and to Gary and Lezley Stoopler for their unwavering loyalty, friendship and support. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, June 5 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Beth David Section, de la Savane.
