SHER, David B. Peacefully on Tuesday May 9, 2006. Beloved husband of Ruth Block for fifty-eight years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Jon and Adinah of Los Angeles, Daniel and Ayala of Ottawa, Debbie and Rabbi Shalom Schwartz of Jerusalem. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Joseph and Mona of New York, Esther and Mathew Preiss of Florida, Hazel and Sidney Schwartz of Florida and brother-in-law of Norma Block, Rose Segal, Miriam and Dr. Morrie Erenberg of Winnipeg, Marylin Block. Cherished Zaidie to his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sadly mourned by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. G. Crelinsten, Medical Student Julie Talajic, Nurse Jackie and the staff of Medical 8, Royal Victoria Hospital for their care and compassion.
