BREGMAN, Alton Joel. Suddenly on Tuesday, June 10, 2008. Son of the late Julius and the late Helen Bregman. Beloved husband for forty-seven years of Ellie. Devoted father and father-in-law of Howard Bregman and Orit Jacobovitz, Robyn Bregman and Jay Silver. Cherished Zaida of David and Shayne Bregman; Joshua and Jamie Silver. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Cecily and the late Irving Bregman, the late Rhoda Lippy and brother-in-law of Jack and the late Nancy Goldberg, Rena Appel, Ely and Carole Goldberg. Dear son-in-law of Bessie and the late David Sol Goldberg. Alton will be sadly missed by Randi Bregman and his other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Friday, June 13 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, De La Savane.
