NEWMAN, Walter (Wally). Peacefully on Saturday, September 6, 2003. Beloved husband of the late Sara. Devoted father and father-in-law of Bernie and Roz, Leonard and Norma, Edward and Lanna Newman. Cherished grandfather of Harris and Randie, Jeff, Kim and Richard, Jill, Mira and Trevor, and Gillian. Adored great-grandfather of Jacob, Hannah, Rachel, Noah, Joshua, Jessica, and MacKenzie. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Samuel Mark and Esther, Norman, Phyllis and Phil Tanny. Brother-in-law of Ruth and the late Paul Berger, Dorothey and Harry Maraynes, Edith and the late Henry Kaufman, the late Louis and the late Gloria Kaufman, the late Mollie Getzel and the late Bea and the late Dave Wagner, the late Faye Kaufman. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Tuesday, September 9 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section, De la Savane.
