Peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Monday, July 15, 2019, in his ninety-third year. Deeply beloved husband of Julie for seventy-three beautiful years. Loving father and father-in-law of Stanley and Celia, Lily and Allan, Irene and Louis. Cherished grandfather of Jonathan, Ilana and Yehuda, Daniel and Devora, Sarah and Zev, Meira, Hadara, and Theo. Adored great-grandfather of Chaim, Shira, Eliyahu, Ari, Yisrael Meir, Tzvi and Vivi. Special thanks to Dr. Ilan Benjamin, Dr. Murray Vasilevsky and Dr. Simon Tanguay, the Home Service Palliative Care teams at Mount Sinai Hospital and NOVA, Susan Leahy; and to Mimi Israel for their exceptional devotion. Funeral service took place from Paperman & Sons, on Wednesday, July 17. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section, de la Savane.
