KROO, Emil
Peacefully, at home, on Sunday, September 8, 2013, in his ninety-seventh year, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Lucia (Rosa) Magien. Loving father and father-in-law of Ira and Kathryn, Theresia (Terry) and Sam Luft. Proud Zaide of Joshua and Danielle Kroo, Gavriella Kroo and fiance Danny Semaya; Jonathon and Michelle Luft, Aliza, and Jaclyn Luft. Great-Zaide of Mia, Harlow, Sammy and Lily. Dear brother of Elizabeth Teitelbaum of Brooklyn, NY, and brother-in-law of Tusia Yablon. Special uncle of Jerry Greif and the late Myra Greif. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Many thanks to his wonderful caregivers, MJ, Elvie and Elionor. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, September 9 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section, de la Savane.
