ZALCMAN, Dr. Steven S.
Suddenly, at the age of fifty-five, on Sunday, December 25, 2011. Devoted son of the late Anna and the late Mier Zalcman. Dearly loved and loving brother of Dorothy Zalcman Howard. Exceptional brother-in-law of Steve Howard. Wonderful uncle of Sean Howard. Widely admired and respected, he will also be missed by his relatives, friends, and colleagues throughout the world. A native Montrealer, Steve lived in the U.S. where he was a Professor and Director of Research in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. An accomplished and acclaimed scientist, his research contributions and impact will endlessly endure. Funeral Service took place from Paperman & Sons on Thursday, December 29, at 1:00 p.m. Shiva at Dorothy's home. Family and friends are encouraged to attend evening services at 7:00 p.m. Contributions in Steve's memory may be made to the "Dr. Steven S.
