LEHRER, Joanne (nee Rappaport). Peacefully, with courage and dignity, with her family by her side on Friday, February 22, 2008. She is survived by her husband, soul mate and best friend Ronnie. Treasured mother of Jacqueline, Stephanie and Erin. Loving daughter of Myra and Simon Rappaport. Adored sister and sister-in-law of Alissa, Sheldon and Linda Rappaport. Loving sister-in-law of Florence and Irwin Freedman, Martin and Beth Lehrer, Leiba and Charles Adams (the late Irwin Lehrer). Joanne will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and many dear friends. Heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Jewish General Hospital for their tireless devotion and compassion.
