LANGLEBEN, Carl. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, July 31, 2008. Beloved husband of Brina Rubin for fifty-eight years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Douglas and Noreen, Jeffrey and Sharon, Ross and Sandra. Cherished "Zaidie Carl" of Leigh and Amy; Jared and fiancee Celia Outmezguine, Marissa; and Joshua. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Gertie Wachtel, Manuel and Rose, the late Sarah Freeman, the late Rose Kozloff, the late Anne Furman, the late Moe, and brother-in-law of Irene and Abe Zubatoff, David Rubin. Sadly mourned by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Adrian Langleben and the oncology staff of St. Mary's Hospital for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, August 3 at 12 noon. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section, de la Savane. Shiva at his home.
