COHEN, Sheldon It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of a most special and loving man, suddenly, on Saturday, November 21, 2009, in his eighty-ninth year. Cherished soul-mate and best friend of Leah Guttman for sixty-six years. Dearest and most loving father and father-in-law of Elissa and John Kovac. Most proud and devoted "Papa" of Evan, Adam and Lauren. Brother of the late Elliot Cohen, and brother-in-law of Freda Cohen, Sarah and the late Larry Kahne, Clary and the late Sam Abramovitch, Jean and the late Sam Guttman, the late Mac Guttman, the late Manny and the late Sadie Goodman, the late Louis and the late Clara Goodman, the late Charlie and the late Yetta Goodman, the late Mildred and the late Saul Globus. He will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and all those whose lives he touched. Father of Harry (Judy) and grandfather of Aviva and Amanda. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, November 23 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home.
