TRISTER, Joan (nee Rubman) On Monday, May 7, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Laddie for fifty-six years. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Ronda and Arthur Swift, Benjie Trister and Emmanuelle Fontaine. Cherished grandmother of Erica, Stacey, William, Rachel, Leanna, Zoe and Alex. Sister of the late Martin Rubman. Sister-in-law of Sheila and the late Leonard Zalter. Joan will be sadly missed by Amalia Berg, her family, friends and all who knew her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, May 9 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane.
