GLICK, Isadore (Issie) It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of Issie at the age of eighty-six, on Saturday April 17, 2010. He died peacefully surrounded by his loving children and grandchildren. It was just two weeks ago that his beloved Lenora, his love of sixty years passed away. Most cherished father and father-in-law of Terry Glick and Wendy and Ian Roter. Proud and devoted Zaidie and Zaida of Jamie (Laura) and Evan; Brittany and Pamela. Special brother-in-law to Pnina Caplan. Truly exceptional uncle to all his nieces and nephews, and a very sincere and devoted friend. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Slova Glick, his siblings and their spouses Ben and Laura Glick, Frances Glick, Anne and Gordon Klempner, and Sarah and Hy Marcovitch. Special thank you to Lynn in ICU at St. Mary's Hospital for allowing us to help him die with dignity. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Monday April 19 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced. You were the foundation of our family. Your strength of character has been an inspiration to your children and grandchildren and we endeavor to follow in your footsteps. Forever and always.
