HERLING, Michael. On Thursday, July 31, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Marta Klein. Loving and adored father and father-in-law of Dorothy and Mortie Chaikelson, and Joyce and Gary Saifer. Inspirational Opapa of Brian (Adina), Mark, Ben and Adam. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Fancia and the late Isin Ivanier. Devoted brother-in-law of Bibi and Mitzi Klein. A special thank you to Jinky and Joanne for taking such exceptional care of our dad. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, August 3 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home. He was a true Renaissance man, a man of keen intellect and curiosity, with an unrelenting sense of humour who, above all, was devoted to his family. He will be missed by all who had the privilege to know him. |
