BRODSKY, Jean (nee Tasker)
Peacefully, in her ninety-fourth year, on Monday, September 1, 2014. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Avrom. Devoted mother of Susan Greenberg. Cherished grandmother of Justin Greenberg. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late John Tasker, the late Maureen and the late Jimmy Robertson, and sister-in-law of Betty Brodsky. Jean will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Special thanks to her devoted caregivers, Jennifer and Monsie, and to the 5th floor staff at Maimonides Geriatric Centre. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, September 4 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Field of Remembrance Veteran's Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter's home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. through Sunday evening.
