GOLDBERG, Nancy (nee Shapiro)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nancy Goldberg (nee Shapiro) on Thursday, December 8, 2016. Beloved wife of Bernard. Loving mother of Stephen and Carolyn. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Bernard and Betty Shapiro, the late Shirley and the late Edward Naimark. Nancy was a caring aunt who adored her many nieces and nephews and their families. It gave her great joy to share in their lives. The family would like to acknowledge the many caregivers from Alternacare, then Helping Hands, in particular Myvel and Nicole, who cared for her as they would their own mothers. A special thank you to Wiesia, her long-time friend and housekeeper. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, December 11 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at Victorian Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane.
