FIGLER, Ruby (nee Rachel Klein). After a courageous battle, on Friday, November 7, 2008. Loving and devoted wife of Israel Figler for fifty-three years. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Susan Figler and Allan Bernstein of Tampa, Florida, Pamela and Larry Strulovitch, Karen Figler and Peter Yaffy. Adored and cherished Bubbie of Arielle Bernstein; Adam and Abra Strulovitch; Tara and Dylan Yaffy. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Shirley and Norman Smith of North Carolina, Sandra and the late Marty Mathias of Florida, the late Bernie Klein, and sister-in-law of Miriam and Asher Shadmon of Jerusalem, Ghita and Frank Wolff of Ottawa. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon Street West, on Sunday, November 9, at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Victorian Hebrew Association Cemetery, De la Savane. Shiva at her home.
