SPOON, Max (Maxie). Peacefully, surrounded by his family on Thursday, January 6, 2005. Beloved husband and best friend of Marilyn. Cherished and loving father and father-in-law of Karen and Neil Goldman, Ina and Mark Golfman, Rowen and Ellen Spoon. Adored Zaida Max of Sabrina, Melissa, Eden, Brandon, Matthew, Daniel, Chad and Zachary. Predeceased by his sisters and brothers Bessie (Charlie) Cherry, Harry, Alice, and Issie Spoon. Brother-in-law of the late Morris and the late Mildred Shendelman, the late Pearl and the late Bert Miller, the late Fanny and the late Solly Gevirtzman, Bella and the late Ben Shendelman, Rose and the late Sammy Shendelman, Peter and the late Goldie Freeman. Special thanks to Joseph, Mark, George and Bong, his wonderful caregivers and to Dr. Peter Lipes, Danny Carpenter of the C.L.S.C. Rene Cassin and the staff of 7 W at the Jewish General Hospital.
