VITALE, Eva (Evelyn) Peacefully after a courageous battle, with grace and dignity, on Monday April 1, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. Cherished daughter of the late Dora Goldie and the late Antonio Vitale. Devoted and loving mother of Deborah Rider, Anissa, and Renee Goldberg. Adored and doting 'Bobi Ev' to Ryan, Joshua, and Sean Brownstein. Dearest sister and best friend of Ruth Vitale Goodman (the late Gerry), and predeceased her other siblings and their spouses, Sally and Jerry Gordon, Betty and Harry Switzman, Samuel and Maytie Workman, Mary and David Climan, and Ralph Vitale. Loving aunt and great-aunt to numerous special nieces and nephews. Eva will be sadly missed by all who loved and knew her. The family would like to express their appreciation to the wonderful and caring staff of the Palliative Care Unit at the MGH. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, April 3 at 2:30 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
