Suzie Slakmon
(nee Benainous). In her ninety-eighth year, on Friday, September 15, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Elie Slakmon, devoted mother of Chantal, the late Alain, the late Jean-Pierre, and the late Michel. Devoted mother-in-law of Maude, Diane, Rusell, the late Yette, the late Joane. Cherished Mamie of Philip, Marc, Benjamin, Alexandre, Sebastian; Magali; Cybele, Catherine and Elliott; Joe and Andrew. Loving great-grandmother of Scott, Dylan, Kimberly, Oliver; Emma, Charlotte, Lucie and Jedd; Simon, Tristan and Matthias; Ilan; Hanna, Ashton. Dear sister of Gabriel and predeceased by her other siblings Robert, Paul, Victor, Simone, Berthe Benainous. Heartfelt thank you to the special staff of the Jewish Eldercare and to her constant companion Sarah. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, September 18 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
