Passed away early in the morning of Saturday, November 10, 2001 at the Jewish General Hospital at the age of sixty-nine years. Survived by his wife Arlette, his sons Samy and Tony, his daughters Anne-Marie and Rita, his brother Jacob, his sisters Fortunee, Alice and Renee as well as many grandchildren, he was deeply loved and his strength, courage and devotion to his family will be sorely missed. Funeral services will be held at Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, Sunday, November 11, 2001 at 2:45 p.m. Burial will follow at the Adath Israel Congregation Cemetery, rue de la Savanne. Shiva will be held at the family residence at 4700 Ste. Catherine St. W. #313. Donations can be made in his memory to the Centre Chabad, 4691 Van Horne street, Montreal, in lieu of flowers.
