LEVINE, Michael. On Sunday, June 18, 2000. Beloved husband and best friend of Shirley. Devoted father of Linda. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Martha and the late Hyman Kamichik, Harry and the late Ruth Levine, Louis and the late Dorrie, and the late Rae Levine, and the late Katie.
