Obituary HALMI, Joseph Peacefully, in his 102nd year, with his loving family by his side, on Father's Day, June 19, 2016. Most cherished husband of Eva for almost 75 years. Beloved father and father-in-law of Kathy and Harris Caplan. Proud and adoring grandfather of Haley and Jillian. Dear brother-in-law of Elizabeth Blau and the late Norbert (Mike) Rand. He will be always remembered with love by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, family and friends from near and far. He will always be in our hearts but sadly missed by all who had the privilege to know him. The family would like to thank his caregivers, Rosanna, Lyn, Lorna and Gerlie, who took such amazing care of Grandpa. Thank you to Carolina and the entire 6th floor team. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, June 21 at 2:00 p.m. Shiva at his daughter's home, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily.
